Choosing the right wallbox means charging your electric car faster, more safely and more cheaply. Here are the criteria that really matter.
Single-phase or three-phase?
The single-phase wallbox (3.7–7.4 kW) is perfect for overnight home charging. The three-phase one (up to 22 kW) suits those who drive a lot of kilometres, or businesses and apartment buildings where faster charging is needed.
Smart or plug & play?
A smart wallbox with app management lets you schedule charging, monitor consumption and — above all — integrate solar, charging with the energy you produce. The plug & play version is the simplest: plug in and charge.
The power balancer
With a power balancer, the wallbox automatically adjusts the current so it never exceeds your meter’s capacity, avoiding costly changes to your electrical system.
